In general, you may reschedule orders as long as the new delivery timeslot is more than 2 hours away.
For Farm to Table store orders, this is subjected to the conditions of delivery, as our partnering merchants do not operate daily and orders are typically packed by the morning on the date of delivery.
For pre-orders from a pop-up store (e.g. Christmas store), you can reschedule up to 5 days before your original scheduled delivery date.
An order can be rescheduled only 1 time. If you have difficulty rescheduling your order, please contact us and we will check if we can be of any assistance.
